Can I install the complete salt wall kit in my sauna?
Our complete salt wall kit was not designed for saunas, but with a little effort it can be used for this purpose.
The plastic covers, HDF back plate, power supply unit and wires used are not suitable for saunas.
When ordering, please indicate in the comments field that you intend to use the salt wall for a sauna, and we will not install the lighting on the back plate.
You can then mount the SALUX® warm light boards yourself on your brightest possible wall. The supplied power supply unit must be mounted outside the sauna and connected to the warm light boards via the insulation displacement connectors using a white silicone stranded wire with a cross-section of 1.5 mm².
The silicone stranded wire is not included in the scope of delivery, but can be easily purchased online.
Can I also obtain the complete salt wall kit in a different format?
Widths and heights exceeding 250 cm are no problem, provided that the module size remains 50 cm: i.e. 300 cm, 350 cm, etc.
Special formats in terms of height are possible in 10 cm brick grid increments for an additional charge.

How can I connect the salt wall electrically?
Ideally, you will have an electrical connection on the wall or be able to have one installed. As with a wall lamp, this should be connected to a switch. With this option, no cable is visible from the outside, making it the most elegant solution.
If this is not possible, you can purchase a connection cable with a switch, feed the cable into the salt wall from below and connect it to the terminals. This cable can of course also be laid in a cable duct leading to the salt wall.
Can I integrate the salt wall into my smart home system?
The salt wall can be easily integrated into various smart home systems to control it using a variety of devices. To do this, obtain a suitable receiver module and connect it between the power supply and the power connection using terminals.
Can the salt wall be dimmed?
Dimming would be theoretically possible but is not very practical, as the bulbs in the SALUX® warm light boards cannot be set to a very high brightness. They are essentially designed for atmospheric lighting.

Delivery times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered within Germany within 2-4 days for parcel shipping and 3-7 days for freight forwarding. Deliveries to Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, and Luxembourg will be made within 3-5 days for parcel shipping and 5-10 days for freight forwarding. The delivery time is calculated after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after receipt of payment).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
Pickup
If you choose to pick up your order yourself, we will inform you by email when the goods are ready for pickup and how to do so. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
Minimum order value
The minimum order value is: €15.

Information on the obligation to take back packaging material
In accordance with the current Packaging Act, § 15 (1) sentence 1 VerpackG, we are obliged to take back the following packaging materials from end consumers free of charge:
- Transport packaging, such as pallets, large packaging, etc.,
- Sales and outer packaging that is not typically disposed of as waste by private end consumers after use,
- Sales and outer packaging for which system participation is not possible due to system incompatibility in accordance with Section 7 (5), and
- Sales packaging for filled goods containing harmful substances, or
- Reusable packaging.
Appropriate packaging material is used for delivery of the product, which we take back free of charge. This ensures that the packaging material is returned to the recycling cycle. By providing information about the return options, we aim to achieve better results in the return of packaging and contribute to the fulfillment of the European recycling targets in accordance with EU Directive 94/62/EC.
As an end consumer, you can return the packaging material at the place of actual delivery or in its immediate vicinity.
