Delivery is available within Germany and to Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. Please inquire about other countries.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

1. Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

1.1. Shipping costs for salt walls:

Shipping and packaging of salt walls by parcel service is more complex and costs:
for a 50x50 cm module in 3 parcels by parcel service: €26.70,
for a 100x50 cm module in 4 parcels by parcel service: €40.00,
for a 150x50 cm module in 5 packages via parcel service: €52.00,
from two modules via freight forwarder, shipping costs according to weight.

for a 100x50 cm module in 4 packages via parcel service: €44.20,
for a 150x50 cm module in 5 packages via parcel service: €70.00,
from two modules via freight forwarder, shipping costs according to weight.

over 30 kg to 60 kg: €27.80  parcels with GLS

over 60 kg to 90 kg: €41.70 parcels with GLS

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered within Germany within 2-4 days for parcel shipping and 3-7 days for freight forwarding. Deliveries to Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, and Luxembourg will be made within 3-5 days for parcel shipping and 5-10 days for freight forwarding. The delivery time is calculated after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after receipt of payment).

Please note that there are no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Pickup

If you choose to pick up your order yourself, we will inform you by email when the goods are ready for pickup and how to do so. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Minimum order value

The minimum order value is: €15.

Information on the obligation to take back packaging material

In accordance with the current Packaging Act, § 15 (1) sentence 1 VerpackG, we are obliged to take back the following packaging materials from end consumers free of charge:

• Transport packaging, such as pallets, large packaging, etc.,
• Sales and outer packaging that is not typically disposed of as waste by private end consumers after use,
• Sales and outer packaging for which system participation is not possible due to system incompatibility in accordance with Section 7 (5), and
• Sales packaging for filled goods containing harmful substances, or
• Reusable packaging.

Appropriate packaging material is used for delivery of the product, which we take back free of charge. This ensures that the packaging material is returned to the recycling cycle. By providing information about the return options, we aim to achieve better results in the return of packaging and contribute to the fulfillment of the European recycling targets in accordance with EU Directive 94/62/EC. 

As an end consumer, you can return the packaging material at the place of actual delivery or in its immediate vicinity.
